Customer Accounts

Opening a customer account is completely optional - if you would prefer not to during checkout you can still purchase. If you do open a customer account this will give you access to your order history along with other facilities. Regardless of whether you open a customer account or not, when you place an order you will receive an email confirmation plus an email confirming dispatch when this happens.

Limited Stock Items

Most items on this website are unique, original items and hence only one of them is available. During checkout, stock is checked to help ensure that such items are still available before your order is processed. However, in some circumstances, orders for the same item may arrive in quick succession and the stock checking may fail for limited stock items. In these circumstances the first order placed by timestamp (presuming it has been paid for successfully) will receive the product and other orders will be cancelled with an explanation. I apologise for this but with such limited stock items, where only one is available, this is the best solution.

Payment Provider

Payment services are provided by Paypal. If you do not already have a Paypal account you may be required to sign up for one as part of the checkout procedure.

Site Security

This site uses a secure certificate (SSL) when accessing customer accounts and the checkout. This ensures that information entered during these phases is encrypted before being sent to the server. The certificate in use provides up to 256-bit encryption and mis issued by Geotrust.
