Excluding commissions and custom products, I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receipt of the order. For commissions and custom products, an estimated dispatch time will be provided by email. I use Royal Mail for shipping services both the UK, Europe and rest of the world and, where applicable, an optional signed for service is available.

Shipping Options

In the United Kingdom, shipping can be provided either by 1st class post or registered delivery. Some items may be too large or heavy to be dispatched by 1st class post and where that's the case, the option will not appear during checkout.

In Europe I use Royal Mail's surface delivery and for the rest of the world (including the United States) I use Royal Mail's Airmail services.

Note: For shopping carts above 2kg in weight for outside the United Kingdom the shipping price will show as zero with a special shipping type entitled 'Price on Inquiry - Special Shipping Required'. In these circumstances you will only be able to pay for the actual goods and you will be contacted with shipping prices for your location on the order. Should you wish to cancel at that point if the shipping is too expensive for you, that is no problem at all. If the shipping price is acceptable a Paypal invoice will be issued for the shipping amount.

Shipping Prices

Prices are calculated according to the contents of your shopping cart. The mini-cart on the left will provide details of the price for the currently selected shipping type and you can change this by using the 'View/Edit Your Cart' button. Please note that if you are outside the United Kingdom, unless you log into an existing customer account, you can change the desired shipping destination by clicking the 'View/Edit Your Cart' button. Once you have altered your destination country the shipping options and prices will be accurate for your cart.

Customs Charges

For countries outside the European Union please be aware that you may be subject to customs charges levied by your own country. These are outside my control and I am not liable for the payment of these. If you are unsure about your local customs charges, please contact the relevant local authorities for more information.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom distance selling rules for all items apart from custom made pieces specifically made for a customer, you have 7 working days from receipt of products in order to return them. Please refer to section 5 of the Terms and Conditions for full details of the returns service.
