Data Issues: It appears that Apple have altered the format of the data this service gets for reviews and so currently you may see missing information on reviews, or duplicates of reviews. I am looking into this and hipe to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
Welcome to the app store review scraper. This service will retrieve all the reviews from all the different iTunes app stores from around the world and present you with those reviews in an easy to read format. Developers can use this to keep a track on reviews for their applications and consumers can use it to check a greater variety of reviews for applications they're interested in purchasing. You'll be able to see the average number of stars for each country and, at the bottom of the first results page, you'll see an average produced by all the reviews in all the stores. On the first results page you'll see 25 reviews maximum for each country, along with the total number of reviews available, and you can click on the country names to view the complete review history for the application. To use this service enter the application ID or the iTunes Store URL of the application you want reviews for below and click 'Get Reviews'. Please note that the data is cached for 3 hours on this server to limit excess processing.
How Do I Get An Application's iTunes Store URL?: Go to the application page in iTunes and right click on the application logo (top left of the page) and select 'Copy iTunes store URL'. Just paste that into the second box below and click 'Get Reviews'.
NOTE: If you are the first to request a particular application there may be some delay in the results showing whilst this service grabs the complete review history for the application. This may also happen to a lesser extent if it's more than 3 hours since reviews were retrieved for the application.
